We guarantee that all customer documents or written text will not be shared with a third party, as some work can be sensitive or classified. As a result, Wise Eyes Proofreading has the following steps to guarantee confidentiality:

• Work is only shared with two professionals from our company

• Communication and document submission through our email is confidential and secure

• Documents submitted to us are kept in a secure folder and can only be viewed by the management team and the professional assigned to the job

• All documents are deleted from our system within 20 days of job completion.
